2. Nature of Services

KK Law Services acts as a facilitator/intermediary connecting clients with legal drafting, tax filing, company registration, loan and insurance services. We are not a bank, NBFC or insurance company — loan and insurance products are provided by our partner banks, NBFCs and insurers, subject to their own approval process and terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents
• You are responsible for the authenticity of documents submitted to us
• Any false declaration or fraudulent document may result in termination of service without refund and applicable legal action

4. Turnaround Time

Timelines mentioned on our website (e.g. "1 working day", "24-48 hours") are indicative estimates and depend on timely submission of correct documents by the client and processing time of the relevant government department, bank or insurer, which is beyond our control.

5. Fees & Payments

Service fees, wherever applicable, will be communicated to you before commencement of work. Government fees, stamp duty, and third-party charges (bank/insurer processing fees etc.) are separate from our professional/service fees and are payable as applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise due care and professional diligence, KK Law Services shall not be liable for rejection of applications by government authorities, banks or insurers, delays caused by third parties, or losses arising from incorrect information provided by the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, logo, design and graphics — is the property of KK Law Services and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Durg, Chhattisgarh.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. General Users

By submitting an enquiry, filling a form, or requesting any service on this website, you authorise KK Law Services to contact you via call, SMS, WhatsApp or email regarding your request, and to process your documents for the specific service requested.

2. DSA Partner Agreement

Users who enrol under our DSA Lite, DSA Lite Pro or DSA Delight Pro plans agree to the following additional terms:

• Panel access provided (loan, insurance, credit card, tax/GST/ROC panels etc.) is for sourcing genuine leads and business only
• Commission/payout on successful cases is credited as per the payout policy of the respective bank/NBFC/insurer partner, and is not guaranteed by KK Law Services
• Misuse of panel access, submission of fraudulent leads, or misrepresentation to customers is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination without refund
• DSA partners are independent agents and are not employees of KK Law Services
• Plan validity (1 year / lifetime / 3 years as applicable) is counted from the date of activation

3. Account & Access

Access credentials (DSA Login, panel access etc.) provided to you are for your personal/business use only and must not be shared with unauthorised third parties.

4. Conduct

All users and partners are expected to deal with customers and KK Law Services staff honestly, transparently and professionally at all times.

5. Termination

KK Law Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user or DSA partner found violating this agreement, applicable law, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

6. Acceptance

Using our website, submitting any form, or activating a DSA plan constitutes acceptance of this User Agreement in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Legal & Tax Drafting Services

Once drafting/documentation work has commenced on a service (Will Deed, Agreement, ITR filing, GST filing, Company Registration etc.), the professional service fee is non-refundable, as time and effort have already been committed. If we are unable to commence work on your request, a full refund of fees paid will be issued.

2. Government & Third-Party Fees

Government fees, stamp duty, notary charges and third-party charges already paid or deposited with the relevant department/authority are non-refundable once submitted, as per that department's own rules.

3. Loan & Insurance Applications

Loan processing/insurance premium payments are made directly to the bank, NBFC or insurance company and are governed by that institution's own refund and cancellation policy. KK Law Services does not hold or control these funds. If your loan/insurance application is rejected before disbursal/policy issuance, any processing fee refund (if applicable) will be as per the lender/insurer's policy.

4. DSA Plan Purchases (DSA Lite / Lite Pro / Delight Pro)

• DSA plan activation fees are non-refundable once panel access has been provided/activated
• If a technical error on our part prevents panel activation, a full refund or free plan extension will be offered at our discretion
• No refund is provided for partial usage, low lead generation, or change of mind after activation

5. How to Request a Cancellation/Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the above policy, please contact us within 7 days of payment at kundansinha919@gmail.com or +91 747 047 5322 with your payment details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. Changes to This Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be updated periodically. The version published on this page at the time of your payment shall apply.
